Internet in New York

Um, yeah, there is of course internet in New York. As a European, one has to switch off data roaming. But no worry on every street corner there is free Wi-Fi and in most hotels you can get it for little money.

Who wants it for sure goes to one of the many Starbucks in the city. There is always free wireless (This also holds true for Germany). One can almost speak of a universal coverage.

Multimedia

In New York, there are so many photo opportunities that I alone could fill quite a lot of books. I have set up a small photo area. You will be overwhelmed on your first trip for sure. I definitely was. Thanks to Facebook and co. one can already tell the folks back home during the trip.

Ich rate allerdings von einer all zu ausführlichen Reiseberichterstattung in den sozialen Netzen ab. Man hat sonst nach der Rückkehr nichts mehr zu erzählen.

If you plan to make a video of your trip, you should do that right after you have come back. Otheriwse there is a small chance that you forget about everything and the video will be boring.
